Our closed sessions are paid, curated training blocks for all specific skill levels, delivering in-depth calisthenics coaching, structured progression, and focused technical development in a dedicated small group setting.

Our Kids Only Sessions are coach-led calisthenics classes designed for young people, focused on building strength, confidence, coordination and discipline through structured training in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
