Kids Only Session - Limited Spaces

A structured, coach-led calisthenics session designed specifically for children. Sessions are focused on movement fundementals, strength development, coordination, and confidence in our safe, supervised environment.

All sessions are delivered in groups with strict attention to safety, progression, and individual ability levels. 

This is a pre booked session only. No walk-ins are permitted.

All participants must have completed the required parental consent form before attending. These will be provided at the point of booking.
